Production Manager - Manufacturing​​

Houston based manufacturing company is seeking a Production Manager for its Houston facility. 

​

The role will be responsible for Production Management, Personnel Management, Quality Control, Material and Inventory Management and Quality Control. 

​

Responsibilities: 

• Develops the Production Schedule, coordinates procurement, tracks materials, and maintains interdepartmental communication while keeping leadership apprised of issues and changes. 

​

• Manages, directs and develops the operational supervisors, who oversee the production staff in all of the various roles with the manufacturing operations. 

​

• Ensures compliance and safety standards are met within the operations. 

​

• Works hand-in-hand with the purchasing and inventory staff to ensure availability of materials to meet the production schedule. 

Requirements:

• Prefer a bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience in manufacturing production leadership role.

• Experience with Production Management within a manufacturing company. Roles to have included: Scheduling, Personnel Management, Budgeting, Safety, Quality Control and Material / Inventory Management.

Growing Houston area public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Senior Auditor.

The firm is located on the North side of Houston, most clients are mid-sized public or privately held companies.

  

Responsibilities:

• Provide audit / attestation / assurance engagement services and support, including: planning, oversight/execution, work paper preparation and review, mentor staff level auditors on primarily privately held mid-sized public and private companies in the Houston area.

• Maintain relationship with clients and offer consultative guidance

• Work within your audit team with peers including Staff, Seniors, Managers and Partners.

• Review Staff level audit work

 

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, CPA eligibility required, license preferred or progress towards completing the exam

• 3+ years of experience in public accounting external audit

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
