Treasury Manager – Houston

Houston based global publicly traded oil and gas company is seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to lead the Treasury team.

We are seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee the company's treasury activities and cash management functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing treasury strategies to optimize liquidity and mitigate financial & credit risk.

  • The Treasury Manager oversees the forecasting and funding of over hundreds legal entities in 20+ countries and related currencies with support from the Treasury team.

  • Responsible for the end-to-end bank account management, both in the US and abroad in the current countries with operating locations and in new ones where the company establishes new operations.

  • Perform the lead role in weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting requirements, including the management of the Treasury Management systems, which involves data integrity assurance.

  • Maintain all records of bank accounts and signatories in the corporate system, with team support, while attaining super user status in the treasury systems and functionality as it relates to the accounting and finance functions and with the corporate ERP system.

  • Administer banking portals, reconciling users and access according to team accountabilities and assignments.

  • Manage two direct reports and distribute and assign responsibilities to team members. Communicate and support corporate and team objectives, while developing the team to improve in their job performance and proficiency in Treasury, and overall corporate finance related career knowledge.

  • Ensure compliance of the team and treasury function with internal & external controls and procedures, including SOX regulatory compliance. Develop and implement new or improved procedures, as needed.

  • Serve as the primary contact for all the company’s banking partners and financial institutions, to guarantee and maintain a solid working relationship, improving processes, as needed.

  • Provide support to corporate colleagues in managing the company’s Joint Venture relationships regarding multi-party loans, financial covenants and review of financial forecasts.


  • Must have 5+ years’ experience in a corporate international Treasury role

  • Solid knowledge and experience with MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint (proficient) with some financial modelling experience and ability to communicate that clearly

  • CTP certification preferred, but not required

  • Proven and solid leading staff and managing their work performance and career growth

  • Must have experience and knowledge of banking software portals, platforms & treasury management systems

  • Demonstrate solid professional communication, self-driven, high work ethic and love for a high level of professional accountability

  • Must be adaptable and flexible in a high demand ever changing work landscape

Accounts Payable Coordinator

Compensation: $28/hr. (non-exempt so OT eligible) + generous PTO + full benefits package

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing weekly payables by entering invoices and scheduling payments to vendors by ACH/Check

  • Responsible for paying vendors accurately and on time according to terms

  • Reconciliation of vendor statements

  • Ensure that vendors are billing properly according to purchase terms

Tax Senior - Public Accounting firm

Salary $65-95K plus overtime and benefits
