Salary range - $110 - 125K plus benefits

Senior Financial Analyst (Data Analysis) will report to Corporate Finance and Accounting leadership and support financial decision-making through financial and operational data analysis, reporting, and modeling in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from SQL Server databases; transform and validate data for use in Excel-based reporting and analysis.

  • Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to convert data into actionable insights.

  • Perform financial and operational analyses; synthesize findings into clear, executive-ready insights for senior leadership.

  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc analyses of revenue, COGS, gross margin, and profitability.

  • Analyze inventory trends, operating margins, expenses, and cost estimates; provide reporting and recommendations as needed.

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, and long-range planning.

  • Maintain data integrity and build financial models using company systems and standard methodologies.

  • Prepare and analyze financial and operational data by customer accounts, product lines, and locations; assist Finance and Accounting leadership with presentations and reporting.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.

  • Strong SQL skills (SQL Server preferred), including writing queries with joins, aggregations, and data validation.

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas); experience building repeatable reporting tools.

  • Power BI experience (data modeling, DAX basics, and dashboard/report development).

  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and management reporting.

  • Strong attention to detail, data integrity mindset, and ability to work with large/complex datasets.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences.

Human Resources Manager

Salary - depends on level of experience

(Onsite) — Houston, TX

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day human resources operations for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is fully on-site in Houston, Texas, and partners closely with leadership to drive a safe, compliant, and engaging workplace while supporting business goals through effective people practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the onsite HR Manager for the facility; provide hands-on support to employees and leaders across the organization.

  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective action, conflict resolution, and performance management, ensuring consistency and compliance.

  • Help oversee recruiting and hiring for hourly and salaried roles (posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding) in partnership with hiring managers.

  • Administer HR policies and practices and ensure compliance with federal, state (Texas), and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Support labor and attendance management, including timekeeping coordination and policy application (as applicable to the site).

  • Lead training and development efforts (onboarding, supervisor training, compliance training, and leadership development) to strengthen frontline management capability.

  • Coordinate compensation actions, job changes, and performance cycles; support annual merit and/or incentive processes as applicable.

  • Manage benefits enrollment support, leaves of absence administration (FMLA/ADA as applicable), and HRIS data integrity in coordination with shared services/providers.

  • Track and report HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, hiring effectiveness, safety/training compliance, engagement) and recommend improvements.

  • Promote a culture of safety, respect, and continuous improvement; partner with EHS and operations to support site safety and incident response practices.

  • Maintain personnel files and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and records retention requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • 5 - 7+ years of progressive HR generalist experience, including employee relations and recruiting.

  • Preferred - HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP).

  • Prior experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment with an hourly workforce.

  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance (e.g., FLSA, Title VII, FMLA, ADA, EEOC), and familiarity with Texas employment considerations.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders, influence without authority, and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.

  • Strong investigation, documentation, and policy-application skills.

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, timekeeping platforms, and Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.

Office Administrative Assistant

 

The Office Administrative Assistant role will support a high-level executive team in a corporate setting near downtown Houston. They are seeking a polished candidate with experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, high-demand setting. The role is 100% onsite near the Heights/Garden Oaks in Houston.

​Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs of Executive leadership including but not limited to clerical support, i.e., email, calendar, correspondence etc.

  • Arrange conference calls and meetings on the calendar and in TEAMS or other office collaboration software

  • Oversee, organize and maintain a heavy travel schedule and detailed travel plans: lodging, transpiration, flights and all detailed itinerary for trips; effectively record, confirm and relay all travel details to executive

  • Prepare and review expense reports and documentation 

  • Maintain and order executive supplies

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or other related clerical fields

  • Must have strong software skills like Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook or other calendar software. Must have meeting collaboration software experience like Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc. 

  • Some accounting and bookkeeping skills would be helpful in this role
